      Like so many other things, coffee, in moderation, is not bad for you. If caffeine "wires" you and won’t let you go to sleep if you drink it at night, go for the decaf.

      To quote the latest, "One to three cups of coffee a day may protect people from heart disease and strokes, according to new research."
